- Before dispatch: you can cancel your order by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing us with your order ID. If you paid online, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- After dispatch: the order can no longer be cancelled, but you can request a return under our Return Policy.
- Made-to-order pieces: can be cancelled with a full refund until work on your piece has begun. Once fabric is cut or embroidery has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
- Sarabkala may cancel an order if a piece is out of stock, a payment cannot be verified, or there is a pricing error. In that case you receive a full refund.
