Sarabkala (the label of Sania Boutique, Amritsar, Punjab) ships across India and worldwide. Shipping within India is free.
Dispatch
- Ready pieces are usually dispatched within 3–7 working days of your order being confirmed.
- Made-to-order and customised pieces take longer; we confirm the timeline with you personally before work begins.
- When your order is dispatched we share the courier name and tracking number by email, and you can follow it on our Track Order page.
Delivery times
- Within India: usually 4–8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- International: please message us on WhatsApp before ordering so we can confirm the shipping charge and delivery time for your country. Any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the customer.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all orders within India. For international orders, the shipping charge is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before you pay.
Delays
Festivals, weather and courier issues can occasionally delay delivery. If your order is late, contact us and we will follow up with the courier for you.
